Single Plug-ins and Educational Bundles

The plug-ins listed below must be authorized to your computer's hard drive.
However, to use them in V5.9.7, you will need an additional authorization of the V5.9.7 Enabler to your iLok key. If you don't yet have a V5.9.7 Enabler authorized to your iLok,
access your Waves account and contact Tech Support.

If your audio computer is not connected to the internet,
Download the Authorizers Bundle: Mac | PC

If your audio computer is connected to the internet, you may copy and paste in steps 3 and 9.

To authorize Waves V5 products to your Hard Disk:

1. Double-click the 5.0 Authorizer located at:
   
   Intel-Mac: Download the Hard-Drive Authorizer and double-click it.
                  Or if you downloaded the Authorizers Bundle,
                  double-click Waves HD Authorizer 5.9.7 and skip to step 3.
   
   OS-X: Hard Drive > Applications > Waves > Authorizers > Waves Authorizer 5.0
             Or if you downloaded the Authorizers Bundle,
             double-click Waves HD Authorizer 5.9.7 and skip to step 3.
   
   PC: Start Menu > (All) Programs > Waves > Waves 5.0 Authorizer. Choose HD.  
          Or if you downloaded the Authorizers Bundle,
          double-click Waves HD Authorizer 5.9.7.exe and skip to step 3.

2. On the next page you might need to choose Waves 5.0.
   If this screen doesn't appear, skip to step 3.

3. Write down the Challenge on a sheet of paper.

4. Go to an internet-connected computer and access your Waves account.
   
   
5. Select Authorize Disk.

6. Select your V5 products, then hit Submit.

7. Type your Challenge into the space provided, then hit Submit.

8. Your Response will appear in your web browser within a few seconds.

9. Write down the Response on a sheet of paper.
   
   
10. Go back to your audio computer and double-click the Authorizer 5.0 again.
    
    
11. Enter your Response, and hit Next.
