1. Start here.
   
   
2. Complete the Account Details form and submit.
   Note that the login name and password are case sensitive.
   
   
3. An Activation link will be sent by email.
   Note that you must activate your account within 24 hours.
   
   
4. Once you receive the email, click on the Activation link, read the License Agreement,
   and then click I Agree.

Your account is now activated and ready to use.
