Why are my products grayed out?

When you select your products in the Personalized Upgrades console, other products may appear grayed-out and will be un-selectable.

The Personalized Upgrades program does not let you to upgrade from multiple products which overlap.

For example, when you upgrade from Platinum, all products that are included in Platinum, such as Gold and Masters, as well as all products in which Platinum is included, such as Diamond and Mercury, will be grayed-out.
