If your product's status appears in your Waves account as Enter iLok Account User ID, it is not authorized.
Waves V7 & V6 authorization is handled through iLok.com. If you don’t yet have an iLok.com account, create one at www.iLok.com. If your connected iLoks do not appear under the 'Found iLoks' section on the left, install the iLok.com software, and then click the 'Update' button.
Complete these steps to authorize your V6 products:
- Access your Waves account.
Note that your login name and password are case sensitive.
- Click the Enter iLok Account User ID link next to your product.
- Enter your iLok.com account User ID in the appropriate fields, then click Submit.
If the product you are authorizing is an update or upgrade, you must enter the iLok.com account that holds the products you update.
The license is now being delivered to your iLok.com account. (This may take a few minutes. Thanks for your patience.)
Download the License to Your iLok Key
- Connect your iLok(s) and log in to your account at www.iLok.com.
- If your connected iLoks do not appear under the 'Found iLoks' section on the left, install the iLok.com software, and then click the 'Update' button.
- Click Download Licenses on the left menu.
- Select the Waves license/s and the iLok key you wish to authorize,
and then click the Download to iLok button.
Your license is now on your iLok.
